Congratulations to our indoor Camogie team who won the Cumann na mBunscol County Armagh indoor Camogie championship today. The girls played superbly, topping their group by beating St Malachy’s Armagh, St John’s Middletown and St Joseph’s Meigh without conceding a score. They then beat St Mary’s Mullaghbawn 4-1 in the final to WIN!!
The girls will now represent Armagh in the Ulster Camogie indoor championships later this month. This is a fantastic achievement for our school and Tullysaran Camogie Club. A huge thanks to Helen Donnelly who has trained the girls all year and was there today to coach them to victory. All the training sessions have definitely paid off as the girls were brilliant today.
We now look forward to planning our celebrations and preparing for the Ulster finals.
