Congratulations to our boys Gaelic football team who won the Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Medium Schools' Malachy McGeeney final in the Box-It Athletic Grounds on Wednesday. The boys performed superbly in a very competitive game against St. Brigid's Glassdrummond and eventually won the final after extra-time. Throughout the game the boys displayed excellent determination and skill to keep coming back, eventually taking the lead in extra time and winning the game by two points.
There were huge celebrations as our supporters, parents, staff and players celebrated on the pitch at the end of the game. This is our school's first time winning the Malachy McGeeney cup and we are extremely proud of all our players and supporters who were brilliant.
