Primary Four pupils thoroughly enjoyed the eggshell investigation using water and vinegar. They observed the changes to the three eggshells in the different solutions -
A-water only, B-water and vinegar and C - vinegar only.
They looked for changes to the eggshells two hours later and then 24 hours later. This helped them understand the impact that plaque acid has on our teeth.
