The Primary Six students had an excellent experience at Navan Fort last Friday.
As part of their World Around Us topic, ‘The Vikings’, the children had the opportunity to meet some fierce Viking warriors, experiment with Viking weapons and experience what life was like for a monk inside a scriptorium.
The visit brought the topic to life for the pupils and enriched their programme of study immensely.
