Today saw the P7 team up and put their ability in length and measure to the test where they estimated the length of various long and short items in the school grounds then put their estimates through the rigour of accurate measure using trundle wheels, metre sticks and rulers. The children then compared their answers with their peers which made for great debate around the intricate detail of how long things where, there were millimetres in it! 😁
