The Primary One children had a fantastic time immersing themselves in the story of The Three Billy Goats Gruff.
After listening to the story, the children, engaged in a role play activity to recreate the story.
We then discussed how they managed to get across the river and the importance of bridges. We looked at a few bridges and discussed the materials they were made from and how important the different structures were.
We then set them a task to create a bridge that would take the goats across the river.
Once the children had created their storyboards and bridges they were ready to retell the story of the Billy Goats Gruff, using the iPads and iMotion application they created their own animation of the story.
