Reception and Primary 1 STEM challenge: Make a Balloon Powered Car
As part of our Toys Topic, Reception and Primary 1 made a balloon powered car. They had races to see how fast their cars could travel. The children got very competitive. They also investigated how far a car would travel using textured surfaces. We measured how far they had travelled using their footsteps and talked about friction.
