We officially opened our ‘Relax Room’ with Anna Mae and James (School Council Chairperson and Vice Chairperson) cutting the ribbon in front of Justin Mallon from the Armagh Credit Union who supported the development of our Relax Room through the Credit Union Community Fund.
Over the last week pupils suggested names for our new room with the School Council finally deciding on ‘Relax Room’ with the inclusion of ‘Safe Space’ and ‘Feel your Feelings’ to describe our special space.
After the official opening Fr James blessed our ‘Relax Room’ and everyone present had a look around our new space.
Thanks to Justin Mallon and Armagh Credit Union for all their support with our new room which will be a relaxing safe space for our pupils to feel their feelings.
