This week our scientists enjoyed investigating stains using chemistry. They used a variety of acids and alkalis to test out what would neutralise the stains. We used vinegar, fizzy drinks, baking soda, toothpaste, washing powder, washing up liquid, lemon juice and lime juice. the children were able to record their results and discuss their findings.
