Our Student Council presented Mrs Pat Mc Quaid, from Trocaire, with a cheque for £300, today. The money was raised from our ‘Green Day’ and class Trocaire boxes collections. Thank you to everyone who made a donation towards this amount and well done to Miss Aine Hughes for organising the presentation. Mrs Mc Quaid informed the boys and girls that this amount would be doubled to £600 by the government and would help the people of Zimbabwe.
